When do I pay?
Payment, plus any additional deposit is required when you pick up the equipment.
Some items may require a reservation fee in order to reserve the equipment and we cannot hold the equipment until this has been paid. When you pick up your equipment, the reservation fee is credited towards your rental, and if your total rental is less than the reservation fee, the balance will be returned to you in the same manner it was paid.
In the event you need to cancel or change your reservation, or if you fail to show up for your rental, your reservation fee is non-refundable.
Some items require a deposit in addition to the rental. This is different than the reservation fee and is paid at the time of rental. The deposit is returned when the item is returned in proper condition with all parts present and no damage.
Linen rentals require a deposit which is refunded within 10 days of the linen return.
Deposits may only be by credit card
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card.
We do NOT accept cash or checks at the time of rental.
Can I make a Reservation?

How long is my rental for?
In all cases, except items with defined rental periods, the rental begins when we complete the contract and ends when we close the contract. This means time spent loading and unloading the equipment as well as travel time is included in the rental period.
What's a 4 Hour Rental?
Some, not all, of our equipment is available for a four hour rental. The four hour rate is typically any consecutive four hour period while we are open. It does not apply to equipment held overnight.
Certain items may have a 4 hour rate with a defined rental period.
Those rental periods are defined as follows:
Friday 4pm – Saturday 8am
Saturday 8:00am – Saturday 12:00pm
Saturday 12:30pm – Saturday 4:30pm
Saturday 5pm – Sunday 10:30am
Sunday 11:00pm – Sunday 3:00pm
Sunday 3:30pm – Monday 8am
What's a Day Rental?
All items have a day rental rate. Note that a day is based on an 8 hour work day and is not a 24 hour day. We may, at our option, allow you to keep the equipment for up to 24 hours without additional charge.
There is an additional charge for any piece of equipment that has an hour meter and the meter exceeds 8 hours on a daily rental.
What's a Weekly Rental?
There is an additional charge for any piece of equipment that has an hour meter and the meter exceeds 40 hours on a week long rental.
What's a Monthly Rental?
There is an additional charge for any piece of equipment that has an hour meter and the meter exceeds 160 hours on a month long rental.

What about Delivery?
If your rental is for a day or longer rental and exceeds $150, excluding delivery and taxes, we can arrange delivery. There is an additional charge for rental delivery or pick up service.
Delivery costs will vary based upon:
The town the delivery is being made to.
Whether we need a trailer or not.
Can one person make the delivery or does it require additional help.
Do we need to bring additional equipment to make the delivery.
How complicated the delivery is (example: drop off in driveway or bring to the 3rd floor)
We will try to honor your time requests but we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
